1. Digital Kundli Report Refund Policy
Because AI Kundli reports are custom digital products generated instantly upon order placement, sales are generally final once the report has been successfully generated and delivered to your WhatsApp number.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A 100% full refund will be granted immediately in any of the following scenarios:
- Technical Delivery Failure: If your report was not delivered to your WhatsApp or email within 1 hour of payment due to system downtime.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for a single order due to payment gateway lag.
- System Generation Error: If a server glitch produced a blank or corrupted PDF file.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect birth parameters (date, time, birthplace) submitted by the user.
- Change of mind after the custom report has already been generated and sent to WhatsApp.
4. Physical Store Products (Gemstones & Rudraksha)
For physical e-commerce orders (certified gemstones, Rudraksha malas), we offer a 7-day return or replacement policy if the item arrives damaged or does not match the lab authenticity certificate provided.
